Monimoto returns

If you have a faulty Monimoto unit that has been returned from your customer please follow the steps below to return it to Monimoto.

After you have submitted the below form and sent the faulty unit to Monimoto, a replacement unit for you will arrive together with your next order.

Steps to follow:

  1. Fill in the form below and submit it. You will receive an email confirming form submission.
  2. Ship the faulty Monimoto unit to this UK address:

  3. The replacement unit will arrive with your next order.

    15-digit number that can be found on the side of Monimoto device when the plastic cap is removed.
    Please briefly describe the reason Monimoto unit has been returned from your customer.
    Confirmation email will be sent to this address.
